Payment methods

Various payment methods are available to you during the ordering process. Please note that some payment methods are subject to certain conditions. If these conditions are not met, the button in the order process will be grayed out and the payment method is not selectable.

The payment methods PayPal, PayPal-Express, credit card, direct debit and invoice are carried out by the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l.. PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. reserves the right not to offer you some payment methods (e.g. invoice) due to credit checks or other requirements.

PayPal
If you pay via PayPal, your PayPal account will be debited as soon as you receive the order confirmation. If the payment process should be interrupted, you can repeat the process in your customer account. To do this, log into your customer account as usual and click on "Orders and invoice" in the menu item "My orders". As soon as the payment has been received, your order will be shipped.

Prepayment (bank transfer)
If you pay in advance, you will receive our bank details with the order confirmation. Please transfer your payment amount to the indicated account within 7 days. We would also be happy to extend the deadline. However, if no payment is received within 14 days of your order, your order will be automatically cancelled. As soon as payment has been received, your order will be dispatched.

Please note: Depending on the bank, it can take between 2-4 working days until we receive your payment.
