The property in any goods supplied by Alizé Group SAS shall remain the sole and absolute property of Alizé Group SAS, until such time as the customer has paid to Alizé Group SAS the full price of those goods together with the full price of any other goods and any other sums the subject of any other contract with Alizé Group SAS.
Should a customer appoint a Liquidator, Administrator and/or a Receiver, or become the subject of a winding-up order, or a bankruptcy petition in the case of firms and partnerships or cease to trade for any other reason, the ownership of the goods supplied by Alizé Group SAS shall not pass to the customer until such time as the full price of these goods, together with the full price of any other goods and any other sums due to Alizé Group SAS are paid in full.
All risk in the goods supplied shall pass to the Customer when the goods are delivered.
These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other standards, specifications, conditions or particulars of or adopted by the Customer unless expressly accepted in writing by Alizé Group SAS as part of the contract.
We will not supply our products to customers who sell on third-party websites and reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any order from a customer who we consider to be selling in this way.
We cannot accept claims for shortages, damages, part delivery or non-delivery, unless we are notified in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Invoices are in Euros (EUR) and payment must be made on proforma invoice.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French Law and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of France.
All prices are net EX WORKS, including packing in standard cartons. Packing in Export Cases and Insurance will be charged extra at cost. Minimum export order value is 200 € ex works. Any tax, duty, right or other service to be paid in accordance with French regulations, or those of an importing country or a transit country, shall be at the charge of the Customer.
The limit of our liability shall be the full refund of the price at which the product was invoiced by Alizé Group SAS.
All goods supplied by us are conform to the appropriate EU Product Safety legislation, where required to do so.
